مهرجان أسوان الدولي لأفلام المرأة
الدورة السابعة
المادة 1: مهرجان أسوان الدولي لأفلام المرأة (AIWFF) هو مهرجان سينمائي مصري دولى يقام سنوياً وتنظمه جمعية مهرجان أسوان للأفلام المرأة. وستقام الدورة السابعة من المهرجان من 5 مارس حتى 10 مارس.
المادة 2: يهدف المهرجان إلى تسليط الضوء على إبداعات المرأة في صناعة السينما بالإضافة إلى قضايا المرأة من خلال الأفلام التي تنتجها النساء أو أفلام الرجال المهتمين بقضايا المرأة.
المادة 3: يتم اختيار أفلام مسابقات المهرجان من قبل الإدارة الفنية للمهرجان.
المادة 4: يتألف المهرجان من الأقسام التالية:
القسم الأول: المسابقات
• مسابقة دولية للفيلم الطويل، أكثر من 60 دقيقة (روائية ووثائقية ورسوم متحركة)
• مسابقة دولية للفيلم القصير، أقل من 60 دقيقة (روائية ووثائقية ورسوم متحركة)
• مسابقة الفيلم المصري
القسم الثاني
صالون أبو سمبل لمنتجي الأفلام.
وهو ملتقي لصناع السينما لتداول قضايا مهنية تتعلق بالسينما في مصر والمنطقة العربية والعالم
القسم الثالث
منتدى نوت لقضايا المرأة.
منتدى لناشطات المرأة بالتعاون مع المجلس القومي للمرأة في مصر ومنظمات ومؤسسات المراة في مصر والعالم.
القسم الرابع
ورش عمل صناعة الأفلام لشباب أسوان.
وهي ورش تدريبية للشباب من المبتدئين تسعي لفتح آفاق جديدة لشباب لديه ما يحكيه بالكاميرا عن مجتمعه شديد الخصوصية
المادة 5: تختار إدارة المهرجان أعضاء لجنة تحكيم المسابقات الدولية للأفلام شريطة ألا يكون أي عضو مرتبطا بأي من الأفلام
المادة 6: تمنح لجنة التحكيم المسابقة الدولية للفيلم الطويل الجوائز التالية:
تمثال إيزيس لجائزة أفضل فيلم مع شهادة تحت اسم آسيا داغر تمنح للمنتج
تمثال إيزيس مع شهادة تحت اسم رشيدة عبد السلام لجائزة لجنة التحكيم الخاصة.
تمثال إيزيس لجائزة أفضل مخرج بشهادة تحت اسم بهيقة حافظ
تمثال إيزيس لجائزة أفضل سيناريو وشهادة بإسم لطيفة الزيات
تمثال إيزيس لجائزة أفضل ممثلة بشهادة باسم سعاد حسني
تمثال إيزيس لجائزة أفضل ممثل بشهادة تحت اسم نادية لطفي
المادة 6: تمنح لجنة التحكيم المسابقة الدولية للفيلم القصير الجوائز التالية:

تمثال إيزيس مع شهادة تحت اسم رشيدة عبد السلام - لجنة التحكيم الخاصة

المادة 7: تختار إدارة المهرجان لجنة تحكيم للمسابقة السينمائية المصرية، على ألا يكون لأي عضو من أعضاء لجنة التحكيم علاقة بأي من الأفلام.

المادة 8: تختار إدارة المهرجان لجنة تحكيم مسابقة الفيلم المصري على ألا يكون لأي عضو من أعضاء لجنة التحكيم علاقة بأي من الأفلام.
المادة 9: تمنح لجنة تحكيم مسابقة الفيلم المصري جائزة Nut بقيمة 50 ألف جنيه للفيلم الذي يدعم قضايا المرأة على أفضل وجه.
المادة 10: يجوز لجهات أخرى تقديم جوائز خاصة بالاتفاق مع إدارة المهرجان.
المادة 11: يتم الاشتراك في الأفلام عن طريق دعوات مباشرة من إدارة المهرجان
المادة 12: تقدم الأفلام من 1 أغسطس حتى 30 نوفمبر.
المادة 13: شروط التقديم في مسابقتي الأفلام الطويلة والقصيرة هي كما يلي:
• أن يكون الفيلم من إخراج أو كتابة امرأة و/أو يتناول قضايا المرأة
• يجب ألا تقل مدة الفيلم عن 60 دقيقة للأفلام الروائية الطويلة ، ولا تزيد عن 60 دقيقة للأفلام القصيرة
• لم يشهد الفيلم عرضه العالمي الأول قبل أبريل 2022
• لم يتم عرضه في مصر قبل عرضه في المهرجان.
المادة 14: شروط التقدم لمسابقة الفيلم المصري هي:
• أن يكون الفيلم من إخراج أو كتابة امرأة و/أو يتناول قضايا المرأة
• يجب ألا تقل المدة عن 60 دقيقة
• يجب ألا يتم إنتاج الفيلم قبل يناير 2022
يجب أن تحمل النسخة رسالة توضح عنوان الفيلم واسم المخرج باللغة الإنجليزية والعبارة التالية "لأغراض ثقافية وليس تجارية".
يجب على الأفلام الراغبة في المشاركة إرسال رابط الفيلم إلى المهرجان، وفي حال رغبة المخرج أو المنتج في إرسال نسخة دي في دي للمشاهدة، يتحمل المتقدمون تكاليف الإرسال ويجب توجيهها إلى العنوان التالي: 4 شارع اليسر، متفرع من شارع مكة المكرمة، الدقي، الجيزة، مصر، الدور الثالث. يجب أن تتضمن الرسالة عنوان الفيلم ، واسم المخرج باللغة الإنجليزية ، مقدمة عن صانع الفيلم، صورة فوتوغرافية وفيلموغرافيا، بالإضافة إلى جميع المواد الترويجية، كتابة أو صورة، وحوار الفيلم باللغة الإنجليزية.
في حالة اختيار الفيلم، يرجى إرسال المواد التالية عبر البريد الإلكتروني قبل الموعد المحدد من قبل إدارة المهرجان
مقدمة عن صانع الفيلم، صورة فوتوغرافية وفيلموغرافيا، بالإضافة إلى جميع المواد الترويجية، كتابة أو صورة، وحوار الفيلم باللغة الإنجليزية. يمكن إرسال نسخة من الفيلم للعرض، جنبا إلى جنب مع ملصق الفيلم إلى عنوان المهرجان. يمكن أن يتحمل المهرجان التكاليف ، شريطة أن تكون النسخة المرسلة صالحة للعرض DCP أو Blu-ray ، بلغته الأصلية ، مصحوبا بترجمة باللغة الإنجليزية أو العربية
المادة 15: يعرض الفيلم مرتين خلال المهرجان، ويجوز عرضه في أماكن أخرى لأغراض ثقافية بموافقة الجهة المكلفة بالفيلم.
المادة 16: لا يجوز سحب الفيلم بعد اختياره للعرض وموافقة الشخص المكلف بالفيلم.
المادة 17: تؤمن إدارة الفيلم نسخ العرض وهي تحت رعايتها.
المادة 18: تلتزم إدارة الأفلام بإعادة النسخ المعروضة قبل 30 يوليو 2023.
المادة 19: يتطلب التقديم الى المهرجان قبول مواد اللوائح الصادرة باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية والخاضعة للقوانين المصرية. في حالة وجود تضارب بين كلا الإصدارين ، تسود النسخة العربية
المادة 20: لا يجوز بيان أي سبب لقبول أو رفض الأفلام المقدمة لأن عملية الاختيار هي سلطة مطلقة للجان المهرجان.
المادة 21: لا يجوز للمهرجان استعادة أي من المواد المقدمة من المتقدمين للمشاركة مرة أخرى.
The Regulations of
Aswan International Women Film Festival (AIWFF)
Seventh Edition
Article 1: Aswan International Women Film Festival (AIWFF) is an annual festival organized by Aswan Festival Association for Women Films. The 7th edition of the festival will be held form 5th of March till 10th of March.
Article 2: The festival aims to highlight women creations in the film industry in addition to women issues throughout films made by women or men concerned with women issues
Article 3: The films of the festival competitions shall be selected by the festival's creative director.
Article 4: The festival comprises the following sections:
Section one: The Competitions
• An International Competition for the Feature Film, more than 60 minutes (Fiction, Documentary and Animation)
• An International Competition for the Short Film, less than 60 minutes (Fiction, Documentary and Animation)
• Egyptian Film Competition
Section two
Abu Simbel Salon for film producers.
Section three
Nut Forum for women issues.
A forum for feminists in cooperation with the National Council for Women in Egypt and the Arab and International Organization interested in women..
Section Four
Filmmaking workshops for the youth of Aswan.
A Training workshops for young beginners that seek to open new horizons for young people who have something to tell with the camera about their very private community.
Article 5: The festival administration shall select the jury committee members for the International
Films Competitions provided that no member is related to any of the movies.
Article 6: The jury committee shall grant the following awards:
Isis statue for Best Film Award with a certificate under the name of Asia Dagher that is granted for the producer
Special Jury Award. Isis statue with a certificate under the name of Rashida Abdel Salam
Isis statue for Best Director Award with a certificate under the name of Bahega Hafez
Isis statue for Best Script Award with a certificate under the name of Latefa El Zayat
Isis statue for Best Actress Award with a certificate under the name of Soad Hosney
Isis statue for Best Actor Award with a certificate under the name of Nadia Lotfy .
Article 7: The jury committee shall grant the following awards
Isis statue for Best Film Award with a certificate under the name of Asia Dagher that is granted for the producer
Isis statue with a certificate under the name Nahed Nasr Alla- Special Jury Committee
Isis statue for Best Director Award with a certificate under the name of Atyat Al Abnody
Isis statue for Best Award with a certificate under the name of Nabeha Lotfy
Article 8: The festival administration selects a jury committee for the Egyptian film competition, provided that no member of the jury is related to any of the films.
Article 9: The jury committee of the Egyptian Film Competition grants the Nut award worth 50 thousand L.E to the film that best supports women's causes.
Article 10: Other parties may submit their own prizes in agreement with the festival administration
Article 11: The films subscription is made via direct invitations by the festival administration
Article 12: The films are submitted as the 1st of August until 30th of November.
Article 13: The conditions of applying in the Feature and short films competitions are as follows:
• That the film must be directed or written by a Woman and/or deals with women issues
• Film duration must not be less than 60 minutes for feature films, and not more than 60 minutes for short films
• The film hasn't had its world premiere before Abril 2022
• Was not screened in Egypt prior to its screening in the festival.
The conditions for applying for the Egyptian Film competition are:
Article 14
• That the film is directed or written by a woman and/or deals with women issues
• Duration should not be less than 60 minutes
• The film should not be produced before January 2022
Films wishing to enter must send a link of the film to the festival, in case the director or the producer wishes to send a DVD version for viewing, the applicants incur the costs of sending and it should be directed to the following address: 4 Al Yossr st, off Macca street, Doqqi, Giza, Egypt, third floor. The letter must include film title, the director's name in English, with the line "not for commercial but for cultural purposes only. If the film is chosen, the following items should be sent via email before the deadline set by the festival administration.
The version shall hold a message stating the film title, the director's name in English and the following statement "for cultural, not commercial purposes".
In case of selecting the film, kindly send the following materials via email prior the due date determined by the festival administration.
An introduction to the filmmaker, a photo and a filmography, in addition to all promotional material, in writing or photo, and the film's dialogue in English. A copy of the film can be sent for screening, along with the film's poster to the festival's address. The festival can incur the costs, provided the film is in DCP or Blu-ray format, is in its original language, accompanied by English or Arabic Subtitles
Article 15: The film shall be screened twice during the festival and may be screened at other places for cultural purpose as per the approval of the entity charged with the film.
Article 16: The film may not be pulled out after being selected for screening and the approval of the person charged with the film.
Article 17: The film administration shall secure the screening versions while under its care.
Article 18: The film administration commits to returning the screening versions before 30th July 2023.
Article 19: Application to the festival requires acceptance of the articles of regulations that are issued in English and Arabic and subjected to the Egyptian laws. In case of inconsistency between both versions, the Arabic version shall prevail
Article 20: No reason shall be stated concerning the acceptance or the refusal of the submitted films as the selection process is an absolute power of the festival committees.
Article 21: The festival shall not redeem any of the materials submitted by the applicants to participate again.
